Returns & Exchanges
You are entitled to returns and (or) exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date.
There will be no refunds for any purchase made on this site.
Exchanges
For eligible exchanges, you may exchange any item(s) with no further refunds (cash vouchers, store credit, or original mode of payment) given. If the value of the exchanged item(s) is higher than the original item(s), a cash top up of the difference will be required. If the value of the exchanged item(s) is lower than the original item(s), no refund will be given.
Products can be exchange at any of our PEDRO stores or you can email us at enquiry.pedro@unity.com.kh.
Exchange Conditions
- Ensure that the item(s) is brand new (in original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and invoice attached). Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
- Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for exchanges.
- We do not accept ineligible item(s) to be returned. Should ineligible item(s) be returned, we reserve the right to reject your exchange and the shipping charges to send the item(s) back to you will be borne by you.
- For hygiene reasons, shoe-care products and socks are not permitted for exchange.
Terms & Conditions
PEDRO reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before processing any returns or exchanges. You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected return or exchange request item(s) to you. PEDRO’s decisions on returns and exchanges are final. Should there be any dispute in amount of store credit for any return or exchange, store credit refund will be based on merchandise value on sales order. Our returns and exchanges policies do not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear. It also does not cover products used in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated by PEDROSHOES.COM.KH, or previously modified in a manner not authorised by PEDROSHOES.COM.KH. PEDRO makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
